A Method and System for Vision based Air Brake inspection system in Railway coaches

We have filed our very first patent for a unique project which is “Computer vision-based remote inspection of LHB coaches disc brake system”. The field of the invention relates to the computer vision-based Image processing system which includes capturing and processing input infrared (IR) images using advanced image sensors and display the status of the disc brake of all the coaches for remote inspection in the pipelines. Coaches not only ensures the proper inspection of the brake but also saves considerable time spent on manual inspection

At present advanced image sensors have the capability to provide in-depth information about the object of interest in real-time, thus computer vision technology demonstrates capabilities to solve real-life problems.
