At L2M Rail, quality is the way of life. It is not just about a set of SOPs and management systems. It is an encompassing culture that is the foundation of all our business decisions. The scope of this Quality Certification is that the management system applies to “research & development, implementation of the solutions/systems and support in railway industry”.

L2M Rail has adopted a process approach for developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of a quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements.  In recognition of this approach, we have been registered by Intertek Certification Ltd., UK, as confirming the requirements of  ISO 9001:2001. This management system applies to R&D, implementing the solutions/systems and support in the Railway Industry.

The potential benefits to an organization of implementing a quality management system based on this International Standard are:

a) the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;
